1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team at veehaagate@gmail.com or 8980405701. If the cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow our Returns and Refunds process once the item is delivered.

2. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns: You may return an item for a refund or exchange within 3-4 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. To initiate a return, please contact us at veehaagate@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items. Veehaagate.com is not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for returned items that show signs of use or are not returned in their original condition.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product sent).

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2-3 days of delivery at veehaagate@gmail.com or 8980405701 with photos of the damaged product and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
